Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at webshop@cputrader.co.uk. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

At CPU Trader, we are dedicated to providing a seamless process for returning faulty items, aiming to swiftly address any concerns and offer prompt resolutions.

Returning a Faulty Product: In the rare event that a product is found to be faulty, the initial step is to submit a contact form request, specifying the reason for return (RMA). Our returns department will log your request, and a team member will promptly reach out to discuss available options.

Return Policy: Accepting Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges.

Return Window: Products can be returned within 14 days.

Product Condition and Return Procedure: Customer returns must be in impeccable, unopened condition, and are to be sent via mail. Customers are responsible for associated freight costs.

Warranty Considerations: Most of the products we stock come with a manufacturer's warranty that we strictly adhere to. We maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers to ensure timely handling of all returns.

Customer-Induced Damage: Items with customer-induced damage, such as bent pins on a motherboard, will undergo a chargeable repair process.

Stock Rotation and Customer Error Returns:

  • Approval for return is at the discretion of CPU Trader and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Credit will be issued at the lower of the current market value or the original purchase price (before applying the restocking fee).
  • Returns must be in impeccable, unopened condition, and customers are responsible for associated freight costs.

Refund Processing Time: We understand the importance of timely refunds for our customers. Once a decision regarding a refund has been made, customers can expect to receive their refund within 5 days. We value your trust and strive to ensure a swift and hassle-free refund process.

CPU Trader's Right to Refuse Credit: CPU Trader reserves the right to decline credit for products not meeting satisfactory conditions.
